SUSTAINABILITY We are responsible towards the people and environment we work with. Therefore we believe in judicious use of resources. We strive to become sustainable socially, financially and environmentally. We aim to provide respectable, safe and disciplined working conditions for our valued employees backed by a detailed and well understood set of SOPs. Business Practices

  • Our factories are completely transparent in their reporting process
  • We do not use sand blasting
  • We have all necessary Legal Licenses and Government permissions for our operation which fully abiding local laws

Recruitment & Hiring
  • We have a anti harassment and anti-discriminatory recruitment policy
  • All workers have employment contract
  • We do not engage in forced labour and we have a strict forced labour policy
  • We do not engage in Child Labour
  • All Workers receive annual increment according to government policy
  • Worker receive attendance bonus, performance bonus, maternity incentives

Compensation
  • We ensure that at least the legal minimum wage for all regular hours worked, is paid to all workers
  • We ensure that all workers receive wage premiums for over, me and work performed on weekends and holidays, as required by law

Worker Involvement
  • We have a written policy on Freedom of Association
  • Ceremonies are arranged on special occasions involving all the workers
  • We have grievance reporting mechanism in our factories

Worker treatment and development
  • We have a written anti-abuse policy and SOPs for workplaces
  • Our workers undergo continuous training for their development

Chemical Management
  • We do not use banned chemicals in any of our production units/processes

Emergency and Fire Safety
  • Fire alarms are installed in every corner of the factories
  • Our units are fully compliant for Fire safety
  • Fire doors, water hydrant system and fire extinguishers are installed
  • We have clearly marked aisles with emergency exit routes
  • Fire drill are performed regularly

Energy Use
  • We use day lighting in spots where we can. Apart from that we use solar panel for lighting on shop floor (in BD)
  • We track and measure electricity and natural gas with meter on a unit level and try to reduce wastage

Water Use/ Effluent
  • We have water meters tracking and measuring water usage
  • We have ETP installed in our washing units

Chemical Management
  • We do not use banned chemicals in any of our production units/processes
